Jesus Rock Our life!

The Door He opens, that's the devotion for today, day number 5.

as i read through, i really ask God what are parts of my life, that i refuse to take up opportunities that God will put in my life.

and one of the really common ones would be opportunities to rest! as much as i always think to myself i need to get more rest, i am the one who lets go of that opportunity, for e.g. i don't have much to do at night, and God reminds me thru various ways that i can sleep alrd and get my rest. but i pre-occupy myself in doings things that are really unnecessary, like.. using facebook, blog surfing or even reading news! things i can do when i wake up the next day.

and many others as well.. such as speaking to certain ppl i meet on the streets or smth, there are ppl i can't bring myself to relate to yet as well haha.. or ppl whom i simply dunno what to talk about, and all those are chances for me to be that light He've called me to be in that situation. but i'm slowly learning and growing through these heh..

God help me and grow me to never let go of opportunities that i can take to put Your kingdom as top priority and advancing it! i'm weak, but i'm willing to grow and change! i'm afraid still because i know problems will come so i can grow! however i want to go thru it and grow thru it! so i can love You more, obey You more and have more of You in my life. all these i pray in Jesus' Name. Amen=)

thank God as i read thru this devotion, i really allowed Him to search within the deepest of my heart for even the slightest disobedience in not taking up opportunities He placed in my life!=) jiayou ppl! let's be ppl who wants to love God more and more each day in different ways=)
